We gladly accept refunds or replacement order if it's damaged, defective, or lost during transit. The item is custom-made printed, and produced by order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please before confirming the purchase be sure either it’s really the object you want, color and size you want, and the amount you want, and the delivery times (not guaranteed) because once we start to manufacture it we can not accept returns or refund the amount paid for these reasons.
“It’s not the shipping time I need.”
“It’s not the object I really want.”
“It’s not the color and size I want.”
“It’s not the customization I want.”
“It’s not the amount or dimensions I want.”
If tracking info states that it has been delivered, the package can unfortunately not be declared as lost (in such a cas you will have to file a claim directly with the carrier).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We know that pesky customs charges are the worst and trust us when we say that they are out of our control and are paid to your government and not us.
Any costs or customs fees occurring from shipments are not the responsibility of Nalugi store.
Personal costs resulting from delayed or lost shipments are also not the responsibility of Nalugi. Please contact your local post office if you are unsure of the customs, duties, or expected transit times for your country.
Each country may have its particular rules and additional fees that we find impossible to reflect here. That is why these rates (fees, duane, taxes,…) are not added in the shipping product, but must be paid by the buyer. You can read about it in your post office.

CUSTOMIZATION OF EXISTING DRAWINGS.
The price includes up to 3 changes in the original design at no extra charge. Each additional change adds 5 USD (working time).
- It cannot be refunded. Only the amount of the item can be refunded because we have invested time.
- Please place the order previously. Please add a little note to a designer (me) with detailed instructions.
- I will send you via Etsy Conversation a digital proof within 1-2 business days for you to review. If proof approval is delayed, your shipment date will be delayed.
- When it’s all right I will send to produce your beautiful personalized order.

¿What can you do for you about delays?
The postal delays are totally uncontrollable by Nalugi once the packet is at the post office. At that moment it’s completely out of our hands (really). So, I as the designer and seller have not any responsibility with the possible postal delays. But, we are so glad to help you with that.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: They have a tracking number. You will receive a shipping notification from Etsy once my manufacturer ships your awesome item. If you want your tracking number, please ask me for it after 3-4 days from this notification.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Make take 4-6 weeks. They have tracking. Tracking shows until "arrived on destination country". At this point is in local post hands.
